LSAW Steel Pipe

Short for submerged arc welding longitudinal,SAWL steel pipe is made of hot rolled steel plate by JCOE and UOE.
JCOE means the forming process, that is, J shape, C shape, O forming, insider&outside welding and cold expansion after welding.
Other name: LSAW steel pipe, DSAW steel pipe, straight seam welding pipe, longitudinal submerged welding pipe, EFW steel pipe

W.T.: 8mm~50mm (apply to simple carbon steel, low carbon alloy steel); 6.4~26.4mm (apply to X70 and above.)  
Product standards: API Spec 5L PSL1/PSL2, API Spec 2B, GB/T9711, ISO3183-1, ISO3183-2, ISO3183-3, DNV-OS-F-101 etc. 
Materials: Gr.B, X42, X46, X52, X56, X60, X70, x80, x100
Annual Output:  150000 tons

2. Inspection for LSAW/SAWL pipe:
Factory Inner Control Test: Raw material reinspection, Products Chemical Component Analysis, Mechanical Properties (Ultimate tensile strength, Yield strength, Elongation), Technical Properties (Flattening Test, Bending Test, Blow Test, Impact Test, DWT test), Exterior Size Inspection, Hydrostatic Test, UT Test,X-ray Test. Final Inspection.
For Nace Mr.0175 specification, HIC, SSC Test, pipe samples should be send to TPCO laboratory.
Third party inspection EN 10204/3.2B: CCIC, SGS, BV, Lloyds etc.
Mill Test Certificate: EN 10204/3.1B. we have CE certificate.

3. Application for LSAW/SAWL pipe: The pipes are mainly used as long distance transportation pipeline for oil, gas, liquid coal etc. on land and offshore. They can also be applied to construction pipes on offshore platform, power station, petro chemistry and city construction etc.
